Academic Activity Book

Problem: Learners were having a hard time keeping track of their notes.

Goal: Crafted a 180+ page, six-week digital activity training booklet for cohorts to follow any instructor-led training sufficiently.

Solution: Learners have a designated location to jot down their activity work. Because of this activity book, they have all their notes and answers in one searchable location, which allows them to research, think critically, and find solutions while taking a test or working with a customer.

Results: Since the introduction of the activity book, learners went from a passing rate of 58% to 81% because they no longer have to worry about their notes being in multiple locations.
